This Privacy Policy explains how Mill Creek Strategic Solutions ("we") handles personal information you provide when using DoseTracking.

What we collect

Account data (email, name, sign-in provider), medication and supplement data you enter (names, doses, schedules, adherence logs), and standard technical data (device, browser, IP) needed to run the Service.

How we use it

To provide the Service, send you transactional emails (password resets, receipts), enforce subscription limits, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

We use service providers to operate the Service: Supabase (database & auth), Stripe (payments). They process data only on our behalf and under contract.

Health information

Medication data you enter is personal health information. We treat it as confidential and protect it with industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest and per-user access controls. DoseTracking is not a HIPAA-covered entity; if you require a HIPAA-compliant solution, do not use the Service.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by contacting support; we will delete personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@mydosetrack.com. Residents of the EU/UK and California have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively.
