Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DoseTracking ("the Service"), operated by Mill Creek Strategic Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate sign-up information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

2. The Service

DoseTracking is a personal medication and supplement tracker. It is not a medical device, pharmacy, or substitute for professional medical advice. See our Medical Disclaimer.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Premium plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; your access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are at our discretion and generally not provided for partial periods.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, or upload content that is illegal or violates third-party rights.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
